Corporate updates would be great but at some point you have to figure the people at Twitter are going to want to start charging for all the free marketing they are giving to companies.

MIchael's last blog post..Swing for the fences to retain subscribers

With all new technology comes the fun bit – A new language.. this is the point where regular people glaze over and start to back away. But, don’t worry. Twitter has indeed brought about the emergence of a new little language but I quite like it actually and its nothing to be afraid of.

Good to hear more companies are looking towards Twitter to reach some customers, but I think there will be more misses than hits. Twitter is just a medium and not some miracle to improve already poor customer service. The companies that see dollar signs from the Dell & Twitter claim are the ones that will miss the boat entirely.

I wonder if these could be the first steps to getting more online support for Twitter users?

I suspect that at some point there will be a corporate update for Twitter, perhaps allowing either some extra access or some extra data extraction. Or perhaps the ability to visibly link multiple accounts from a single corporation. It's bound to happen.

David Leonhardt's last blog post..Ethical SEO or SEO Spam
