God Bless our troops! My brother-in-law is marine officer and went to Iraq twice during conflict as well as Afghanistan. Say thank you to someone today for serving our country!
There is never enough that can be said or done for anyone who puts themselves in harm's way so we can be safe at home. We are losing our WWII vets at a quickening pace so please thank them while you can.
As for those serving now I can only say thank you and God bless you. I can't say enough to express my gratitude for your service. Regardless of hat happens in the US politically we are ALL indebted to the men and women of our armed forces.
As Andy's wife, I'd like to add that this flag photo is so appropriate for Memorial Day for a couple of reasons — including the fact that the photo was taken at the USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor on Oahu. To me, knowing that this photo was taken there, it adds a deeper meaning.

God bless our troops and I hope everyone gave thanks to those who have already served as well as those still serving. That is a great photo.
