@Greg - Glad I could be of service. As I noted in my response to Chris Brogan I was really knocked out by the the way your team approaches social media and how forward thinking a - gulp - insurance company is regarding cutting / bleeding edge social media efforts.

Keep up the great work and please keep us informed here at Marketing Pilgrim of what's coming up. Teams like yours are going to set the pace moving forward and more folks need to see that it can be done.

Take care and keep pushing the envelope!

Frank: This is a terrific summary - thanks for taking the time to pull it together. I'll be using it as the basis for my team debrief! Also wanted to say thanks for the shout out to Humana; I'm really passionate about the work that we're doing, and it's nice to find others who share and appreciate that passion.

No problem Chris. Great job. Hope you had success in NYC. Thursday's slate of speakers was real strong and Justin did a great job keeping things flowing.

I am still kinda floored at what the Humana Innovation Center is doing inside such a tightly regulated industry. It certainly gives little room for excuse for almost every other industry (aside from financial) regarding social media. Get in make mistakes and move on.

I'm so glad you came to the event. I had a blast, and honestly, pretty much everyone is "winging it" to a degree, because it's a field that's not really yet solidified. If we're not experimenting, we're not growing.

Thanks for the very kind words, and I hope to catch up more another time.

Frank, I think you nailed it. These were the same themes I was going to identify in my blog, but instead, I'll reference you and hit some other highlights. Great job. We didn't get a chance to chat, but next time for sure. Thanks, John (@jmctigue)

Paula - I am just going out in faith. I realize that my admission could possibly get me blacklisted for all future Dallas based events. I do hope we can all be bigger than football.........Who am I kidding? I'm screwed!

Great job yesterday. I really learned a lot from your experience. Even saw some of your employees in action at Love Field today and wondered what observers were taking away from their diffusing of a potential situation. They did a good job. keep up the great work at Southwest!
