		<description>Waw! Andy, this must be concerning for Omniture and Webtrends. One thing I have to mention though is that some companies decide to do in-house solutions, which can be questioned as approach but it is fact. Interesting to see how this will develop in the coming years.</description>

		<description>Spot on, Andy.  If mere web traffic alone was the key to reputation management, many of our jobs would be a lot simpler.  The fact is companies are growing more concerned not just with how many people are visiting their individual webpage or clicking on certain links, but with what they&#039;re saying about them in the far vaster ocean of the internet.  Those people in an organization concerned with their reputation are far better off investigating the list of free social media monitoring tools you wrote about in an earlier post than focusing too myopically on pretty web traffic charts!</description>
