I've been watching Google's real estate strategy with interest. I wonder if the multiple listing services will put their heads in the sand the way the music industry and auto industry did about allowing access to information? At some point, the user (home owner) inputted information could be more important than MLS / agent information.

Paul Barrow's last blog post..10 Ways to Fund Real Estate Deals

I saw a few really neat map tools that I used to find my new home a while back. All the while I thought, "It's too bad Google hasn't made a real estate tool." Now they do.

I wonder if they're violating any state laws by posting any type of MLS Listings.
