		<description>I love how a 13 year old sues a company for services it&#039;s not supposed to be allowed to have access to.  That&#039;s always been a flaw of the web - no way to truly know when someone under age is using a service...  Curious to learn how that one turns out.  

In the bigger picture, FB apps have always been a red flag concern to me - there&#039;s no clarity on exactly what they can access and more than once I stepped into a situation where 3rd party apps clearly got my entire friends list which I think is pretty standard.  Some of the email garbage I&#039;ve gotten smacks of spam...
