UPDATE: Twitter’s back online–just a 25 minute outage. Phew!
No, it’s not just your internet connection, Twitter is down again (as of 3:00pm ET).
Let’s hope it’s not another DDoS attack.
Andy, with all your experience in reputation management, what do you think…are these outages hurting Twitter’s reputation or are people being rather forgiving?

@Michael – I don’t think it hurts them when its caused by an attack. In fact, from what I’ve read people are being very sympathetic.
No doubt, from an attack I understand. I think people are very sympathetic towards Twitter, many people are used to the service going down from time to time…and I’m sure Twitter is working hard to keep that from happening. However, are you seeing negative sentiment from people on the web when the service is down and it’s not from an attack?
