		<description>If you are talking about charging for online television I do not think that it will happen...at least no time soon. There really is no way to contain it. The US cannot cover China sites or vice versa...until the New World Order. :) 

I could affect the advertising costs though. I mean if companies feel justified in charging more than they will. That is the nature of marketing...make your product seem more expensive so you can earn more money. Right?
