I caught this when it aired last week and smiled when Jennifer commented about how darn likable you are. It’s definitely true and worth a listen for those who missed it. I learned a lot about Andy and How To Make Friends on the Internetz. :)

This was clear and concise and I couldn’t agree more! It has never been easier for your customers, competitors, and employees to publish items online that can have a damaging impact upon your online business. Online Reputation Management can definitely help maintain or restore your reputation. Share this information with anyone that needs it. It’s valuable and useful.
