		<description>The problem with the figures about drop off in engagement is that they deal with the web (where this update is aimed). 

Research we did in the UK (http://www.slideshare.net/MindshareSocial/mindshare-ispy-twitter-research-2358071) suggested less than 50% of people access Twitter via the web, whilst I&#039;ve seen other stats showing it&#039;s even less. 

Perhaps the drop off is from people who start on the web and migrate to clients, apps and the like.
