		<description>I guess this is just the sad truth: when a startup doesn&#039;t have IP protection on its innovative product or service, then it is going to have a hard time competing against a giant that has decided to imitate it. Going to court is not going to be of any help.

		<description>These kinds of services have been around at least since 1999.  None of them has ever taken the Web by storm and, so far as I know, all the early players are gone.  Reframeit appears to have only been around since 2007.
