		<description>This is not too surprising when compared with European response in other areas of capitalism. I have spent a lot of time in Europe and love it ... much of it anyway. I also love how they roll over when it comes to business. OK, wait ... I should explain that. I mean that many areas of Europe tend to embrace a more deliberate and sometimes passive approach to business when compared to the shark-filled trades of North America. This is certainly not always the case, but just a broad stereotype. It often causes Europeans to take a reactive posture rather than proactive. Conversely, that same &quot;sharkiness&quot; and greed has also failed Americans a few times, too.

C&#039;est la vie. We shall each thrive in our own ways. Welcome on board, Europe. :-)
