Chart: Each Google Employee Worth $1.4M

4

Back in 2008, we reported on the atonishing revenue Google was generating per employee: $210,000 per year!

It appears that revenue has turned into a nice little stockpile of cash for the search giant. If you were to divide up all the cash Google has in its coffers, each employee would walk away with $1.4 million!

Only if Google actually paid their employees this amount of money

It really does make you wonder what value you offer your company. If you work hard every day, increase conversion rates, bring in new clients, make direct sales or whatever it may be, will you ever reach the average Google employee value?

    Cool stuff. Thanks for sharing.

I’m a little surprised that Apple isn’t at the top of this list, whenever I hear a stock analyst speak about AAPL all they talk about is the mountain of cash that they are sitting on. Either way, once I graduate next year I’ll be more than happy to work for either ;)
