    I know Jim and actually live in the same city as him (Cleveland, OH). I’ve had mixed feelings for the guy, sometimes I find value, other times I find a lot of hype.

    I NEED this book. I’m currently in an upstart phase for a new company. The bullet points from the description hit me like a bullet to the head – those are the challenges I face.
