Google+ has created some interesting scenarios as it relates to business. Since everyone seems to be scrambling “wild west style” to create a presence, Google has issued the following latest update (number 3) to give everyone the skinny on what their plans are for Google+ for business. Enjoy.

  • Google now will certainly a serious competitor in social business sector.

  • I’m loving G+ and I can understand how businesses want to get in there. Frankly, I’m not sure how valuable that would be given it’s mostly social media and tech folks in there right now, but I understand they want to stake a claim before everyone gets in starting the end of the month.

Yesterday, Google took down a number of business sites, including Mashable and Ford, to conform to their terms of service. They had to do this and I think it was a good move.

We’ll all just wait for the new business sites in a few months.

  • I like google’s approach to having a different interface for business users for G+. Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn are three prominent social media networks that I use for personal use and for business. Different approaches and techniques are used for each site when using for business and personal. If G+ can integrate a different way for businesses to use the site it will lead to more businesses using the site. As a social media marketer, I look forward to using G+ for my business!

  • It should be really interesting to see how engaging G+ is for small businesses and its customers, looking forward to the roll-out. At the present time it looks like their G+ beta is over-capacity as they aren’t accepting sign-ups from preexisting invites.
