Vine, the six second video sensation, has hit a milestone of sorts. The announcement showed up yesterday on Twitter.

In the world of semantics, using the term ‘community’ leaves the interpretation wide-open of just how many of that 40 million are actually using Vine, how often they are using it and to what degree it is being used. Case in point, I have a Vine account and have never posted a thing. Am I part of the ‘community’?
What has your experience with Vine been since the service launched in January of this year? What are the marketing possibilities with this short form video format?
